This website was developed by the Aging, Community, and Health Research Unit at McMaster University’s School of Nursing with the help of our patient partners, as well as the Patient and Family Advisory Council at the Central South Regional Stroke Network.

Our resources are organized by the stages of the Stroke Recovery Journey map,
designed by the Central South Regional Stroke Network. They have based their work on Northeastern Ontario Stroke Network and Central East Stroke Network.

The Central South Stroke Network would like to acknowledge the work of the Central East Stroke Network, specifically the CESN Journey to Recovery Clinicians’ User Guide, which informed the development of the Central South Stroke Recovery Journey Clinician User Guide
