Maggie Traetto, Regional Community and Long Term Care Coordinator, West GTA Stroke Network
Miriam Braithwaite has worked for March of Dimes Canada for the past 14 years. She started in the Team Leader position with the Employment Services Department in the St Cathartine office and was later promoted to Regional Employment Services Manager. Miriam manages the Employment Services team in the London, Kitchener, Hamilton and Niagara area. March of Dimes Employment Services team assists job seekers with disabilities to prepare, secure and retain competitive employment.
Pam Twichell is an After Stroke Coordinator After Stroke with March of Dimes Canada. She has been supporting stroke survivors and caregivers living in the community for over three years and has been helping them to continue their stroke recovery, get linked to stroke resources and the stroke community. She also worked with March of Dimes Canada’s Employment Services department for over three years. In her role there she supported individuals living with disabilities to learn on-the-job skills, coordinated job supports, accommodations, developed individualized and creative training strategies to support long-term employment.
