- To discuss the different types of cognitive difficulties following stroke in young adults and impact on daily functioning
- To discuss the impact of these cognitive difficulties on the emotional health in younger adults following stroke
Dr. Jennifer Fogarty, is a neuropsychologist at HHS who has been working with geriatric populations for over twenty years in psychiatric settings, outpatient memory clinics and inpatient rehab settings, including the B2North stroke rehabilitation unit at the Regional Rehabilitation Center between 2020 and 2021. Dr. Fogarty is an adjunct faculty member in the department of psychiatry and division of geriatric medicine in the Schulich school of Medicine at Western University. She is currently employed in the neuroscience ambulatory clinics at the Hamilton General Hospital.
